Are there any additional fees I need to consider in my space rental?
We offer a lot of flexibility on our spaces and have some additional fees based on what you need.

What are your COVID safety protocols for events?
We follow all state and jurisdictional guidelines for capacity limits. Beyond that, we rely on you to set appropriate guidelines and rules for your guests. We have some suggestions on our safe events page.
Do you require a deposit to reserve spaces?
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure spaces.
Are there cancellation fees if I need to cancel my event?
We do not have a cancellation fee, however the 50% deposit to book your date is non-refundable. If you simply need to change your date, our team will do their best to help you find a new date with no penalty.
What kind of events do you host in your spaces?
In short - all kinds of events! Our spaces are very unique, and each works for different purposes. Whether you are having a social event - wedding, birthday, etc - or a corporate event - company meeting, conference, client dinner, product launch, cocktail reception, we have you covered.
Do your outdoor spaces have back ups in case of rain?
Yes, all of our outdoor spaces have back up space in case of rain. The back up space is included in the cost and is noted below the pricing for each space.
Do the rental time frames include set up and breakdown by the caterers?
We assume a two-hour set up and one-hour breakdown for all events - outside of the four-hour rental periods.
Can furniture and equipment be dropped off prior to the event?
Each of our locations is unique and some have the ability to store furniture or additional AV equipment up to 24 hours before your event. Please speak with our team when you are booking to determine if this is an option at your chosen location.
